At a young age of 26 years, some might say Ishika Taneja’s achievements are more than her age can possibly allow. The alumnus of London School of Economics is Miss World Tourism India, Guinness World Record holder, an actor and a philanthropist too .

At the age of 23 she became Miss World Tourism India and was also crowned 'Business Woman of the World' and won the titles of 'Beauty with Brain' and 'Miss Popularity' as a proud winner of Miss India.

Ishika recently featured in the song 'Dil Mangdi' and it has been breaking records ever since. She started her journey in Bollywood by featuring in a song in Madhur Bhandarkar's film 'Indu Sarkar' and also played the lead role as Rhea in Hadh, produced and written by Vikram Bhatt.

Ishika is a heady mixture of beauty, brains and benevolence.

She dedicated her Guinness World Record in December 2014 to Nirbhaya to provide free education to 24 rape survivors. She was awarded one of the most prestigious national honour, also known as the Rashtrapati Honour of being one of the "100 Women Achievers of India" on the Republic Day.

She has been constantly working with her mother Bharti Taneja’s Non Profit Foundation to provide better lives to rape victims, acid attack survivors , orphans and senior citizens

She is also promoting Ahmisa Silk and Khadi – the fabric of freedom and harmony with Ministry of Textile and Handloom Export Promotion Council.
