As Delhi battles with above average rains, residents in the low-lying areas next to the Yamuna river are facing the brunt of the flooding.
National Herald’s photographer Vipin visited the flood-prone areas of the Capital, including Kashmiri Gate, Yamuna Bazaar and Shastri Nagar among others.
