Actor-singer Diljit Dosanjh on Monday took to Twitter to share a post about how farmers were criticised for partaking of pizzas at their protests.
Diljit’s post read: ‘Farmers consuming poison was never a concern but farmers eating pizza is news’. He added, “Very good. It must pain your heart so much, right?”

National Herald had reported on Saturday on how apart from the tea and snacks being distributed at the borders, activists of Bhartiya Kisan Union from Barmi and Boparai Kalan villages recently set up "pizza langars" in a bid to boost the morale of protestors. This had received some uncharitable comments against the protesting farmers getting such ‘facilities’, which in turn drew sharp responses from several Twitter users.
