ANI reported that the Supreme Court gave a 24 hours deadline to the Centre and Delhi government to come up with a serious plan for implementation of air pollution control measures.
According to ANI, the Supreme Court observed, "We feel there is nothing happening, in spite of air pollution levels rising," while hearing a plea about the rising air pollution in Delhi.
NDTV reported that according to sources, BCCI has asked for India vs South Africa series delay and sought time from Cricket South Africa (CSA) to discuss internally.
According to ANI, the Supreme Court pulled up Delhi government for opening the schools amid the rising air pollution levels in the city. The court asked the Delhi government why children were being forced to go to school, when the government implemented work from home for adults.
