Shah Rukh Khan plans a come back soon

SRK agreed that he has three film scripts that he has shortlisted but will announce one in a month or two

Shah Rukh Khan definitely plans to return to acting after a year. The actor addressed the media at the launch of the season of Ted Talk. Shah Rukh Khan is at present enjoying playing the role of a producer making content for OTT platforms like Netflix but said that Ted Talk is one show on TV that can be viewed by the entire family. The show begins telecast on November 2 which happens to be his birthday.

The actor agreed that he has three film scripts that he has shortlisted but will announce one in a month or two. But we learn that Mira Nair has offered him a detective film and is tentatively titled Bengal Detective. There is no confirmation on the film but sources close to the actor said that he will definitely choose a commercial and out and out action film to make a come back as an actor.


There have been rumours about the actor being part of Dhoom 4. There were reports about him shortlisting a Sriram Raghavan project which is still under development.

SRK recently did the voice over for Lion King along with his son Aryan Khan and is making content for Netflix.

Referring to the Ted Talk, he said, “It is extremely important that we watch (TV shows) as a community at home to make people like me aware of what the younger new India is heading towards and to motivate younger ones. I intend to use the show for a purpose so that it is able to change the lives of people like most of the speakers on the show.”
