Delhi gangrape victim Nirbhaya's mother Asha Devi on Monday said no matter what the convicts do, they will be hanged for their crime, after a Delhi court deferred the execution of death penalty in the case till further orders.
"This shows the failure of our system. The whole world is watching how justice is being delayed in India," she told reporters.
It is the third time that the hanging of the four convicts has been deferred.
"I lose hope every day but I stand tall everyday. They would have to be hanged. There could not have been a worse case than Nirbhaya but still I am struggling to get justice. The courts are sitting and watching the drama," she added.
A Delhi court on Monday deferred till further order the hanging of the four death row convicts in the 2012 Nirbhaya gang rape and murder case.

Permission denied for CAA protest march to Parliament
The Delhi police has denied permission for a march from the Ramlila Maidan to the Parliament against the new citizenship law, officials said on Monday.
The Young India Coordination Committee, which comprises members from various students' bodies, had given a call for the march on Tuesday.
Police said the application for permission was submitted in New Delhi and Central police districts, and it was not granted.

Asian 20km Race Walk C'ships in Japan cancelled due to coronavirus threat
The Asian 20km Race Walk Championships in Japan scheduled for March 15, where 13 Indians were to take part, has been cancelled due to the novel coronavirus outbreak.
Tokyo Olympics-bound Bhawana Jat was to lead the Indian challenge in the event earlier scheduled to be held in Nomi city.
The Asian Athletics Athletics Association (AAA) took the decision to cancel the championship after a request from the Japan federation.
"After due consideration and approval from the AAA Council, I confirm that Asian 20km Race Walking Championships has been cancelled," AAA President Dahlan Al Hamad said in a statement.
"In view of the COVID-19, the Government of Japan has proposed for higher alert. All major events in the country has been cancelled or delayed. Japan Association of Athletics Federation has requested to cancel the Championships," he added.
China's daily mask output reaches 116 mn units
China's daily output of face masks has reached 116 million units, 12 times more than the figure reported on February 1, as production continued amid the coronavirus outbreak, official data revealed on Monday.
By the end of last month, the daily production capacity more than quintupled from February 1 to 110 million units that came in medical and non-medical calibers, Xinhua news agency quoted the National Development and Reform Commission as saying.
The consistent rise in both capacity and output further narrowed the supply deficit.
As of February 29, the daily output of N95-rated medical masks reached 1116 million units to ensure medical staff at the forefront of the battle against the novel coronavirus are well-equipped, the commission said.
China produces about half of the world's masks with a daily output of 20 million units before the epidemic.
