*Actors who put on extra kilos to give realistic look to their characters

Actress Kriti Sanon, who is awaiting the release of Mimi, gained 15 kilos to play the role of a surrogate mother in the film. Kriti wanted to look pregnant for real in the film, instead of just using prosthetics. She is not alone in the list of actors, who decided to gain weight for specific characters to give a more realistic look. To name a few mr. Perfectionist of Bollywood, Aamir Khan, reportedly went from 68 kilos to 95 kilos to portray the role of Haryanavi wrestler, Mahavir Singh Phogat in Dangal. And Later he reduced to 70 kilos to play the younger role in the sports drama.

Not only Aamir, Hrithik Roshan who essayed the role of Anand Kumar, a middle-aged Math teacher in Super 30 also ditched his diet plans and workouts in order to fit into the character of Anand Kumar.

Vidya Balan, too, had to gain weight for The Dirty Picture. She had apparently gained 12 kilos to resemble yesteryear siren, Silk Smitha.

Last but not the least, Priyanka Chopra had to gain a few kilos for her older character in 7 Khoon Maaf.

*Raj Kundra to remain in police custody till 27th July

Businessman and husband of Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty, Raj Kundra has been sent to police custody till July 27 along with his IT head Ryan Thorpe. Both were arrested in connection with an alleged pornography racket. The case was registered with Mumbai Police's Crime Branch in February this year and Raj Kundra was named as the key conspirator in the matter. Raj, who was arrested on July 19th was sent to police custody till July 23rd. On Friday (July 23rd) when Raj was produced before Magistrate Court. The Mumbai Police told the court that they suspect Raj was using the money earned from pornography for online betting, which is why his bank accounts will have to be probed.

*Man who posed as SRK's event manager arrested

A 17-year-old girl, who is a student of Class 12, was lured to travel to Mumbai to work with superstar Shah Rukh Khan by a man who posed as the actor's event manager. The man reportedly befriended the young girl on Facebook and used to chat with her regularly. He then claimed that he's SRK's event manager and lured her from Palashipara, West Bengal to Mumbai. Fortunately enough, GRP(Government Railway Police) was able to track them down and the girl was rescued while the man was sent to custody. His intentions of bringing the girl to Mumbai are yet to be known.
