Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra accuses the government of acting out of fear after she, Congress Rahul Gandhi and other opposition leaders were detained by Delhi Police during a protest outside Prime Minister Narendra Modi's residence over the alleged NEET paper leak.
