5 kids among 6 drowned in Bihar districts

Four die after bus falls into river in Meghalaya
Four passengers died after a bus travelling from Tura to Shillong fell into Ringdi river at Nongchram in Meghalaya at 12 am, reported ANI. The East Garo Hills Police said that the injured have been hospitalised and rescue operation for the other passengers is underway.
23,529 new Covid cases reported in last 24 hours
According to the Union Health Ministry, India reported 23,529 new Covid cases, 28,718 recoveries and 311 deaths in the last 24 hours, reported ANI. This takes the total number of active cases to 2,77,020, the total cases to 3,37,39,980, the total recoveries to 3,30,14,898, the death toll to 4,48,062 and the total vaccinations to 88,34,70,578 (65,34,306 in last 24 hrs).
