Actor Ayushmann Khurrana who has enthralled the audience with his power-packed performances throughout his career will now treat the audience with the teaser of his upcoming film 'Article 15' on Monday.

The teaser of Article 15 will get unveiled on 27th May. The film has been inspired by true events. Coincidentally 27th May also marks the 5th anniversary of Badaun Rape case, which had shook the entire nation. One of the true events talked about in the movie is this Badaun rape case which is one of the main reasons why the makers through of releasing the teaser on 27th May.

The first look of the film which was unveiled some time back was well received by the audience and created immense buzz for the film.

Ayushmann Khurrana will now entertain the audience with his serious cop avatar in the film. Director Anubhav Sinha is one of the few directors in Bollywood who understands the complexities of our nation really well.

The film is based on - Article 15 of the Indian Constitution is about the prohibition of discrimination on grounds of religion, race, caste, sex or place of birth. Directed by

In a recent development, Ayushmann Khurrana starrer 'Article 15' is set to get a world premiere at the tenth edition of the London Indian Film Festival.


The investigative drama will be the opening night film. London Indian Film Festival is South Asia's largest festival.

The film also stars Isha Talwar, M Nassar, Manoj Pahwa, Sayani Gupta, Kumud Mishra and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub.

'Article 15' has been helmed and produced by Anubhav Sinha and Zee Studios.
