What are the different modes of payment for contribution?

You can pay via credit/debit cards, UPI, digital wallets, and net-banking.

Do I need to pay periodically to continue enjoying Contribution rewards?

Our ‘Contribution Module’ provides a seamless payment experience with automatic monthly or annual recurring payments. Once subscribed, you can sit back and enjoy the rewards uninterrupted. If desired, you can also avail the one-time payment option.

What is the period for which you can avail the benefits?

For monthly or annual recurring contribution plan, the benefits will be renewed on successful payment at the beginning of every cycle.

Can I cancel the contribution made?

We deeply value our relationship with you. If you have feedback to share, please write to us at and we will assist you. All contributions made are non-refundable. You can cancel your recurring contribution at any time from your profile page. All contribution cancellation requests will be effective from the next billing cycle.

Can I change my contribution plan?

Once a contribution is made, the said plan can be changed from the next billing cycle. First you need to cancel the existing plan from your profile page and then opt for a different contribution plan.

Do I need to provide GST?

Proper GST invoices will be issued for corporate transactions with GST numbers. If you are an individual not registered under GST, providing GST number is not mandatory. All contributions are inclusive of GST.

Do we accept cash?

We appreciate your interest to support The National Herald’s initiatives, but we do not accept cash deposits.

Can I transfer my benefits to someone else?

All contribution perks are non-transferable and are exclusively for the contributor/subscriber. If you wish to share the benefits of a National Herald Contribution, we suggest recommending ‘National Herald Contribute’ module to your friends.

Do you provide donation certificate for such contribution/payment?

Contributions/Payments made for National Herald subscription is not a donation, hence no certificate shall be provided. Your contribution will be used to support our editorial initiatives.
