Superstar Shah Rukh Khan is famous for his unique way of romancing. Now his co-star Anushka Sharma has praised the King of Romance for his genuineness.

When asked how it was to romance Shah Rukh, Anushka said, “Extremely easy. He has a lot of genuineness. If you see this song, his eyes have a lot of genuineness when he looks at you with love. In my opinion, Shah Rukh can romance this mike also. He can look at the mike with the same kind of love he would look at the most beautiful woman in the world,” she said.

To this, SRK added in a lighter vein, “As long as you’re holding it I can romance it, otherwise no.”

Anushka shared a new romantic song from the film Jab Harry Met Sejal on Twitter.

Anushka, who made her debut with Shah Rukh in Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, has teamed up with the 51-year-old actor for the third time in Jab Harry Met Sejal. The film is scheduled to release on August 4.

Director Anurag Basu has finally opened up about the box office debacle of Jagga Jasoos on Twitter. He did not name anyone in his tweets but his response came just after actor Rishi Kapoor slammed the director for being irresponsible.

The movie, which was produced by Ranbir, could not recreate the magic of Basu and the actor’s previous collaboration Barfi and was plagued by delays from the start.


People have strong reactions about Partition: Huma Qureshi

Actress Huma Qureshi said it was natural that her film Partition: 1947 would receive an intense response as the historical event tugged at the heartstrings of millions of people.

The 30-year-old actress said the Gurinder Chadha-directed film was made with the intention to unite people.

“People will have strong reactions. Partition is a sensitive subject. But it is their choice, what they want to say.The film is intended to unite people and not create division in the society. Partition talks about peace and humanity,”said Huma during the special screening of the movie.

Hindi-dubbed Partition: 1947, originally a British- Indian historical drama Viceroy’s House, has been penned by Paul Mayeda Berges, Moira Buffini and Chadha.

Also starring Hugh Bonneville, Gillian Anderson, Manish Dayal and Michael Gambon, the film released outside India earlier this year. The movie hits the screens in India on August 18.
