Actor Sanjay Dutt shared a sandy and fascinating poster of his upcoming film Bhoomi on Saturday which also happens to be his 58th birthday. Sanjay took to Twitter to share the poster.

The poster has his face covered with dust and blood. The actor is all set to make a comeback on screen with his next titled Bhoomi, wherein we see him in the character of a father. Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan wished Sanjay on Twitter.

Bhoomi , a sensitive revenge drama that explores the relationship between a father and daughter, is directed by Omung Kumar.

There were rumours doing rounds that the younger daughter of Kamal Haasan, Akshara Haasan has changed her religion and converted to Buddhism.

Responding to these rumours, father Kamal posted a message for Akshara on his Twitter handle.

To which, daughter Akshara replied,

Fans seem to have taken it very seriously and tweets regarding Akshara and Kamal are being posted frequently.

Akshara Haasan is busy promoting her upcoming film Vivegam these days. The film will mark her debut in Tamil cinema.


PeeCee developing comedy series about Madhuri at ABC

Priyanka Chopra and Madhuri Dixit are finally collaborating too produce a comedy series based on the latter's life.

The series is picked by ABC network which also launched Priyanka's acting career in the West with their show Quantico, reported Variety.

The currently untitled single-camera series would follow the Bollywood star who settles down in a suburb of America with her bi-cultural family and tries to bring her colourful lifestyle to an otherwise dull town. The series is based on the real life of Madhuri.

Sri Rao, a Bollywood writer and a writer for shows like General Hospital: Night Shift, will pen the pilot and executive produce, as will Madhuri’s husband, Sriram Nene.

Mark Gordon and Nick Pepper will executive produce through the Mark Gordon Company (MGC). ABC Studios will co- produce with MGC. Priyanka will soon start working on the third season of Quantico.
