Janhvi Kapoor replaces Kiara Advani in ‘Mr Lele’

After Kiara Advani opted out of Mr Lele starring Varun Dhawan, it is learnt that Janhvi Kapoor has replaced her in the film.

Mr Lele is a film directed by Shashank Khaitan who has also directed Janhvi in her debut film Dhadak. But if sources are to be believed it is Boney Kapoor and David Dhawan's friendship that has landed her the role in the film.

Mr Lele will be Varun's third film with Shashank Khaitan after Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania and Badrinath Ki Dulhania. Varun has also bared himself in the first poster of the film which is said to be a comedy and is slated for release on January 1, 2021. The film is being produced by Karan Johar and Shashank Khaitan.

Varun's film Street Dancer that has released today has opened to mixed reviews the opening day numbers are likely to be 15cr but one has to wait and watch the real numbers by the end of the day

Trade analyst Atul Mohan said that Street Dancer which is carrying mixed reports at the box office will earn about ₹12cr on day one and Panga which is hailed as a superhit film will gain the business of ₹ 5cr.
