Katrina Kaif and Aanand L Rai are teaming up together for a cop film.

A source close to the production said there is no clarity if Shah rukh will be the co-producer of the film but Rai is definitely producing the film.

The film is going to be a remake of South Korean film which has two women protagonists.

The film is being directed by Anirudh Ganapathy who has been working with Rai for really long time.

Katrina and Rai had a good working relationship during the making of Zero. Her performance in the film was appreciated though the film did not do so well on the box office.

After the release of Zero, in an interview with DNA Katrina Kaif had thanked director Anand L Rai saying, “ I have also gained an understanding about positive things like trust. I have begun to see life in a deeper way. And I have brought all of this to my work. Having that platform and then having fantastic directors like Aanand sir has helped.”
