Meet the latest sensation on screen, Aakash Ahuja as he shares his interesting journey

The new kid on the block, Aakash Ahuja, who hails from Delhi marked his big screen debut with Pal Pal Ke Dil Ke Paas in 2019, where he played the role of a baddie Viren Narang alongside debutant Karan Deol.

Earlier, Aakash was seen Aakash Ahuja in Buddies in India for YRF and several TVC's of popular brands such as Hero Honda, Maruti Suzuki Ciaz, Amul lassi amongst others.

Besides films and ad, he has been a part of known web series such as Dil Buffering for Disney, Shaadi Boys for Voot, Every Fitness Freak and prominent television shows like TV Ke Uss Paar for Zee Zindagi, O Gujariya, Qubool Hai, Yeh Hai Aashiqui, Pyar Tune Kya Kia and Box Cricket League.


Aakash shares on how the idea of becoming an actor came to him. He says, “It started as an excuse to bunk classes in school when I started writing and performing on stage till I made the decision to shift to Mumbai to actually learn the craft. The thing that I found most fascinating about acting was to be able to be someone else and tell a story.”

Talking more on his Bollywood debut Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas (PPDKP), he says, “It was a long process which started with a one on one interview with our casting director Kavish Sinha followed by a couple of screen tests till I finally got selected.”

Sharing his journey ahead, Aakash says, “I'd love to see myself working on good scripts and playing good characters, I think it's too early to pick a name, would love to work with all of them if given a chance. My favourites being Vishal Bharadwaj, Shoojit Sircar, Tigmanshu Dhulia, Karan Johar, Anurag Kashyap, Nikhil Advani, it's a never ending list.“
