Bollywood actors Sridevi and Akshaye Khanna are getting back on silver screen with their upcoming movie MOM. The thriller is directed by Ravi Udaywar and produced by Boney Kapoor, Sunil Manchanda, Mukesh Talreja, Naresh Agarwal and Gautam Jain. Ravi Udaywar also shared the trailer of the movie on Twitter:

The story revolves around a mother who seeks revenge for an unfortunate incident concerning her daughter. The film stars Sridevi, Akshaye Khanna, Abhimanyu Singh, Sajal Ali and Adnan Siddiqui in lead roles, with Nawazuddin Siddiqui in a special appearance. MOM is Sridevi's 300th film and is being released in the 50th year of her film career. The film is slated to release on July 7, in four languages.

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan is busy with his upcoming film Thugs of Hindostan, directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya. This film brings two superstars, Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan together for the first time on silver screen. Amitabh Bachchan took to Twitter on Tuesday and said the film was rough and tough.

He tweeted: “Back from work on Thugs of Hindostan... It is rough and tough! But when ever did anyone gain without it.”

The film is an adaptation of the 1839 novel Confessions of a Thug. It is slated for a 2018 Diwali release. It also stars Aamir Khan, Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Sheikh of Dangal fame.

The 74-year-old actor will also be seen sharing screen space with Rishi Kapoor in the upcoming movie 102 Not Out. The two will be working together after over two decades.

The Aamir Khan-starrer Dangal has created a new record for an Indian film at the international level. As reported by Forbes, it has created history by becoming the first Indian film to earn Rs 2000 crore worldwide.

The film has reached another milestone as it has become the fifth highest-grossing non-English film in history and the highest-grossing live-action sports movie of 2017.

The film had earlier become the only non-Hollywood film to be listed among the top 16 highest grossing films of all time at China Box-Office.

Dangal has now joined the list of world’s biggest blockbusters including 'Avatar' and Chris Pratt's Jurassic World, which are positioned at number 15 and 14, respectively at China Box-Office.

Aamir will be seen in Secret Superstar alongside Zaira Wasim which will be released on August 4.

Toilet Ek Prem Katha’s first song to be out

After the Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar starrer Toilet Ek Prem Katha’s trailer created a stir on the social media, its first song, titled Hans Mat Pagli, is going to be released soon.

Akshay shared the first look of the song on his Twitter handle. The caption read: “Ek baar palat ke dekh le to din ban jaega, #HasMatPagli pyaar ho jaega. Song coming soon. @ToiletTheFilm @psbhumi”. The song is going to be released on Wednesday.

Toilet Ek Prem Katha is a satire on the sanitation issue. The film will release nationwide on August 11, 2017.
