Regarding his fitness mantra, he says, "I don't have a punishing fitness regime as some might think. It's simple and it's timed. I have my diet cut out. Our body has the amazing ability to heal almost anything that it incurs or goes through. One needs the self belief and awakening for that. Being a sportsman since childhood helped me in the process and my Master Tarneiv Ji's grace helped me realise that. With experimentation I know what's best for me to eat. The body is designed to move and we should all pick up something that we enjoy be it jogging, playing a sport, working out at the gym/outdoors, yoga or even walking. There are innumerable options we simply have to move. Know what you eat. You are what you eat, a positive attitude helps. Simple rules, no so difficult to abide."
