It's a wrap for Salman Khan's Bharat. Ali Abbas Zafar, who is the director of the film, took to the social media to announce it. "Film wrap for @Bharat_The Film shoot done, life continues in the edit rooms now. Full fledge post production begins. Eid is coming closer,'' he tweeted.

Bharat, which is Salman's Eid release for this year, is slated to release on June 5. The film will see Katrina Kaif paired opposite him for the fourth time - she was last seen with him in the 2017 superhit film Tiger Zinda Hai. The film, which is an official adaptation of South Korean film - An Ode Of My Father, also stars Tabu, Disha Patani, Nora Fatehi and Sunil Grover in important roles in the film. It may be noted here that Katrina Kaif was last minute entry in the film after Priyanka Chopra opted out of the film because of her wedding.

The first teaser of the film  has already indicated that Salman has five different looks in the film and has been shot against the backdrop of Partition. Though the film features two of the best dancers in Bollywood - Katrina and Nora, it will not have any item song in it. There were reports of recreating Salman's most popular song, O Jaane Jaana, but it got dropped due to Katrina's leg injury.

Salman has also shot for the film in various locations like Abu Dhabi, Malta and a few more countries. The film will also see Varun Dhawan make a guest appearance.

Salman now moves on to making the third instalment of Dabangg, which sees the debut of Mahesh Manjrekar's daughter Ashwami. A prequel to Dabangg, the film, directed by Prabhu Deva, will have Sonakshi Sinha and Mahie Gill in it.
