The trailer of John Abraham starrer Satyamev Jayte is out. After Parmanu, which despite being an average film did well on the box office, John Abraham is all set to return on the silver screen with a one man’s crusade against corruption.

Manoj Bajpayee and John Abraham starrer Satyamev Jayate revolves around a vigilante killer who wages a war against corrupt public servants. Bragging of a ‘56 inch jigar’, the hero delivers some patriotic dialogues in this 3-minute trailer and the reference to ‘achchhe din’ cannot go unnoticed.

The trailer of Satyamev Jayate mostly focuses stylised action scenes, John Abraham’s muscles and Manoj Bajpayee’s righteous dialogues.

The trailer also reveals the background of the hero, who is haunted by the suicide of his honest father.

Manoj Bajpayee plays an honest police officer who is out to capture this vigilante killer. Debutant Aisha Sharma plays the female lead and from what can be gathered from the trailer, her role is minimal.

The film’s trailer has received some appreciation on social media mostly for John Abraham’s action. Since the trailer gives out almost all the story, we can only hope that the film will have something more to offer.

Directed by Milan Milap Zaveri, the film is slated for release on August 15.
