Planning and Development Minister Maheshwar Hazari faced resistance from locals in Samastipur, Bihar when he went there to ask for votes. Hazari was heckled and asked to go back. Voters asked where was he for the last 10 years? The locals heckled the minister in his own constituency.

According to the local residents of Samastipur, Minister Maheshwar Hazari has not properly looked after the constituency. He was blocked by the locals and asked to go back. The locals said he would not get any votes as the minister has not worked for their development for 10 years.

The video has been shared on twitter by RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav. Yadav attacked the Nitish government saying, " Maheshwar Hazari, a minister of Bihar government and has been MLA from Kalyanpur assembly constituency for 10 years. The locals forced the minister out of the village saying that if there is no road there will be no vote. Nitish Kumar's development on paper has been exposed. Whether it is encephalitis water logging, flood, drought, corona."
