The Congress on Tuesday announced its first list of 21 candidates for the forthcoming Bihar Assembly election.
Congress is part of the Grand Alliance led by RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav. Congress has got 70 seats in the Mahagathbandhan. In the last election, Congress had won 27 Assembly constituencies.
