AIMPLB to file review petition in SC's Ayodhya judgment

  • The Muslim parties will file a review petition in the Supreme Court's Ramjanmabhoomi-Babri Masjid title suit in which the apex court has decided the case in Ram mandir's favour.

Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind president Maulana Arshad Madani said on Sunday that filing a review petition is the constitutional right and Muslim parties must avail it even if petition is rejected.

He added that the three petitioners wanted to turn down the offer of the five-acre alternative plot to build a mosque. But whether the petitioners are in a position to decide on this is itself a question.
