Alleged in the complaint is the commission of offences under Sections 420 (Cheating), 120B (Criminal Conspiracy), 270 (Malignant act likely to spread infection of disease dangerous to life) and 504 (Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace) of the Indian Penal Code.

In her complaint, Hashmi has stated that after Ramdev and Balkrishna failed to provide details of the Coronil tablet to the AYUSH Ministry, they have now been stopped from advertising the tablet, thus leaving a question mark on the status of the alleged cure.

It is alleged that Ramdev and Balkrishna conspired to betray and cheat the Ayush Ministry, as well as the entire nation, and intentionally took such a dangerous step which threatens the life of lakhs of people.
