After the growing resentment of the Rajputs against the BJP-led Vasundhara Raje government, there is an increasing discontent among the jat farmers against vasundhara Raje government

Many Jat farmers in regions like Shekhawati, Jhunjhunu, Churu, Sikar, Bidwana etc. have shown expressed their displeasure against the state and the central government for not fulfilling promises that were made during the 2013 elections.

Farmers in these regions have complained of lack of employment for the youth and of being underpaid for their hard work and labour. Farmers are now facing more hardships than before.

Farmers have said that “all the pain and suffering faced by the farmers is Raje governments reward to them”. They also added that “we had high expectations of Modi government, but the government breached our trust”

“No farmer has gained anything from the government on the other hand our children are unemployed”

Now the farmers of the region have collectively decided that they will not vote for the “hopeless and idle government”. They accuse government of supporting rich and the business class and of being anti-poor and anti-farmer.

This growing resentment against BJP is seen as a good opportunity by Congress who is already counting on Rajput base

Female labourers also complained of improper working conditions, they also complained that the poor in the region do not receive any sort of financial aid or loans from the government.

They argue that that their children have no employment, nor they are able to benefit from the schemes of the government.

This growing resentment against BJP is seen as a good opportunity by Congress who is already counting on Rajput base . the elections in the state will be held on 7th december 2018
