Is this failure of farmer leaders or HM Amit Shah?, asks Randeep Surjewala

Is this a failure by farmer leaders or Home Minister Amit Shah?, asks Randeep Singh Surjewala, spokesperson, Congress on the violence that unfolded on Republic Day.

The Home Minister, Mr. Amit Shah, is directly responsible for the planned violence and anarchy that took place under the guise of the peasant movement in the capital of the country. Under the conspiracy, in the name of the farmers, some miscreants were allowed to enter the Red Fort while Delhi Police kept sitting comfortably. Despite all the intelligence input in this regard, due to his failure to stop this violence, he is not entitled to continue in office even for a single moment, Surjewala said in the statement.

"In suspension of all previous orders in this regard and in view of the decrease in number of Covid-19 cases in Delhi, it is hereby directed that all kinds of surgeries, invasive procedures, IPD, OPD, and other medical services shall be started in all hospitals under the GNCT of Delhi, including society hospitals," an order by Special Secretary S.M.
