Sayani Gupta starrer short film ‘Shameless’ which talks about the importance of kindness in our day-to-day lives, is now eligible to be considered for the prestigious Oscars 2021. Sayani is seen sharing the screen space with well-known actor Hussain Dalal.

The film sheds light on how the emergence of technology has affected our lifestyle on daily basis. The recently launched trailer of the short-film had the audience and industry biggies sending out good wishes and support for this story that needs to be told.

Sayani Gupta who plays the lead role says, It is great to experience the love showered on our film from so many talented people in the industry. Film celebs across the nation have come forward for us to support the film and it shows their kindness.

She further adds, “Short-films have always been revolutionary by nature. The majority of subjects that directors address through a short-film are socially inept. Similarly, ‘Shameless’ talks about a universal emotion that we all can relate and we hope that our efforts to present this issue will reach out to the audience across the globe."

Starring Sayani Gupta and Hussain Dalal, ‘Shameless’ is directed by Keith Gomes. Presented by Shabinaa Khan, the short-film is produced by her along with Keith Gomes, Ashley Gomes, and National Award-winner Sandeep Kamal. It is co-produced by Girish Talwar while the sound for the film is given by Oscar-winner Resul Pookutty.
