WATCH: A toddler rescued by officials of Pune Municipal Corporation during heavy rain

The Pune district is witnessing a heavy rainfall and waterlogging. The district collector Naval Kishore Ram has declared a holiday for schools and colleges on Thursday. About 11 people have died in wall collapse or waterlogging due to heavy rains. Meanwhile, some officials of Pune Municipal Corporation on Wednesday were able to rescue a toddler from a waterlogged area in Mitra Mandal Chowk, Pune.
