WATCH: Double whammy for common man as police harass people during coronavirus lockdown

Amid 21 day lockdown across India to fight against coronavirus pandemic, police have been using strict measures to enforce the same. The men in uniform are thrashing, misbehaving and harassing common people, poor suppliers, daily wagers who walk out of their home to fulfill their daily needs.

Many videos showing the unruly behaviour of the police were posted on social media and some of them have gone viral.

In of the video, a man on a two wheeler carrying some essential household item is thrashed badly by the cops.

In a video, some vegetable sellers can be seen running away as they see police coming. The cops threaten people to shut the shops and one of the cops also threw vegetables on the road.

The horrifying acts shows shallow conceit of the police force who are thrashing people despite the fact that the government announced that people can go out for essential needs. It has left many people anguished due to lack of food, milk and water.
