A resident of Visakhapatnam has alleged that his two nephews are under wrongful confinement of Mahant Sunder Das in Rajasthan.

Bimal Jindal said that Dipesh Jindal alias ANK Das and Anand Jindal alias Adi Das went to the ashram of Mahant Sunder Das in Jodhpur 11 months ago and were since missing.

In a complaint sent to Visakhapatnam police commissioner, he claimed that one of his nephews had called him and said they wanted to leave the ashram but if Mahant came to know he would harm them.

Jindal said when he along with his two sisters-in-law and another nephew went to the ashram, they were not allowed to meet them and treated very poorly. He said they later came to know that both the nephews have disappeared.

He claimed to have received information that his nephews were brutally assaulted by supporters of Mahant Sunder Das.

Jindal also said they filed a missing report in Khedapa police station in Jodhpur but no action was taken.

Alleging that he faces threat from Mahant Sunder Das and his supporters, Jindal said if anything happen to him or his family Mahant will be responsible.
