Salman Khan’s films often release on Eid and their release is also like a festival to his fans. Since the day he tweeted that he is coming after two days in the official teaser of Tubelight, fans were eagerly waiting for it. Last night, the teaser was released and it seems from the teaser that this time Bhai is again talking about border issues, though not with Pakistan, but with China. That is the beauty of creative freedom. When politically conditions are not so friendly with our two main neighbours, we can always discuss issues in this make-believe world of visual feat. Salman Khan’s brother, Sohail Khan also stars in the film.

Apparently, Salman’s character in the film is that of a simpleton, with the child actor Matin Rey Tangu playing foil to him. Chinese actress Zhu Zhu is making her Bollywood debut with Tubelight and it is one of the last films featuring veteran actor Om Puri. But the teaser does not show Shahrukh Khan who is reportedly playing a cameo in the film.
