The Centre will soon approve issuing tamper-proof identity tags all the cattle in the country, solicitor general Ranjit Kumar told the Supreme Court on April 24. The objective is to prevent cattle smuggling


Bandh in Tamil Nadu today

A state-wide bandh has been called in Tamil Nadu by various political parties today. Led by the DMK, the bandh has been organised to support the drought hit farmers who were agitating in Delhi demanding a waiver of farm loans.
