Months after joining RJD, Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) president Ram Vilas Paswan's rebellious son-in-law, Anil Kumar Sadhu has decided to fight against Paswan if he gets the ticket. He had joined RJD in March.

“If RJD will give tickets to my wife (Asha Paswan) and me, we'll definitely fight against the Paswans. They have not only insulted me, they've even insulted STs/SCs. Dalits aren't their bonded labourers,”said Anil Sadhu.

It is said that Anil Kumar Sadhu was upset with Ram Vilas Paswan for the last few months as he had been ignored within the party. He was also unhappy with the rise of Paswan's son and MP Chirag Paswan in the party. Sadhu alleged that he was being sidelined.

Attacking his father-in-law and LJP chief Paswan, Sadhu claimed that he compromised with the party's principles and policies and surrendered to the RSS for personal gains, reported Zee news.

"Violence against Dalits in Bihar and across the country have increased in the last few months but Paswan and his son Chirag Paswan, who is the working president of LJP, are silent over the issue. Why have both have not spoken so far if claim to be Dalit leaders?" Sadhu had said at the time.

During the 2015 assembly elections, Anil Kumar Sadhu had come to light when he sought a ticket from LJP to contest the elections. He began to cry foul before the media after he failed to get a ticket.
