I can also apply provided I'm not an administrator,” said the legendary Indian Captain. Not the best of friends, Ganguly and Shastri had come out against each-other in public after Shastri claimed that Ganguly was the reason for him being not selected as the Head Coach of the Indian team in 2016. Anil Kumble, who resigned recently after his relationship with Captain Virat Kohli became “untenable”, was favoured over Shastri.
