Over the past few weeks, Rahul Gandhi had interacted with former RBI governor Raghuram Rajan and Nobel Laureate Abhijeet Banerjee on separate occasions on video to discuss measures taken to fight the Covid-19 pandemic and economic strategy to move forward.

In another tweet, the Congress leader said the media has been “captured by fascist forces” and a narrative of hatred and lies was “tearing India apart”.

Why is he hiding? The nation wants answers,” Gandhi had said in a recent video message.
