Landslides along the Jammu-Srinagar highway on Tuesday blocked the major traffic artery of the state. The landslide was triggered by rain in Ramsoo sector of Jammu and Kashmir. Debris removal operation has started, said a Traffic Department official.

Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi on Tuesday said India has committed "aggression" by violating the LoC and Islamabad has "right to respond".

A Pakistani unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) was on Tuesday shot down near the International Border in Kutch district of Gujarat, police sources said.
Debris of the UAV was seen near Nanghatad village in Abdasa taluka of Kutch, they said.
On hearing a loud sound around 6 am, villagers went to the spot and found the debris of the UAV, the sources said.

The Pakistan army violated ceasefire for the fourth consecutive day Tuesday shelling forward posts along the LoC in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district, prompting a befitting response from the Indian forces, officials said. A non-military, pre-emptive strike by Indian Air force destroyed a major terror camp of the Jaish-e-Mohammed and approximately 300 terrorists were killed in this strike around 3.30 am on Tuesday morning.
Sources say, Twelve Indian Air Force Mirage, 2000 fighter jets crossed the Line of Control around and dropped 1,000 kg laser-guided bombs on the targets. The entire operation took just 90 seconds.
The target that was hit was the biggest Jaish training camp in Pakistan and was led by Yousuf Azhar, the brother-in-law of Masood Azhar.
According to the government there were credible inputs by the intelligence sources that Jaish-e-Mohammed was planning more suicide attacks and training its fidayeen terrorists in this camp.
After 1971, this was the first time that IAF crossed the Line of Control.

Pakistan will raise the issue of India's "violation" of the Line of Control (LoC) at the United Nations and other international forums, a media said on Tuesday, quoting sources.
The decision was taken at a high-level meeting chaired by Prime Minister Imran Khan and attended by the top civil and military leadership, including Army chief General Qamar Jawed Bajwa, Geo TV reported.
"It was decided that the matter of Indian LoC violation be immediately raised at the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), the United Nations and with friendly countries," the news channel said, citing sources.

Punjab has its put its six border districts on high alert in the wake of the Indian Air Force's strikes on a Jaish-e-Mohammed terror camp in Pakistan, officials said.
As part of the state's preparedness to deal with any contingency in view of the IAF strike, Chief Minister Amarinder Singh chaired a high-level law and order review meeting and ordered a spate of measures.
