Alankrita Sahai has a fetish for fitness and she maintains a very high level of fitness. She is regularly does yoga, pilates and weight training to keep fit. Alankrita has done a lot of music videos. She has starred in films such as 'Namaste England' and 'Love per square foot'.
Alankrita loves a variety of workouts and keeps mixing and matching them. She is also trying to extend as much help to the needy as she can during this pandemic in the form of donations or providing portable oxygen cylinders.
Regarding her physical workout, she said, "Yoga is something I really enjoy. It enriches me and my body with such positivity. You feel light as a feather and strong as a diamond. I truly enjoy the breathing exercise which is the most important process of yoga, as it teaches you so much about your mind body and soul. It corrects my posture and keeps me balanced and meditation keeps my mind clear for the clutter. I love weight training too so with whatever weights that I have at home, I keep mixing it up. Pilates has been a recent addition in my life and it resets a lot of things for me. I keep switching between these so I get a healthy mix of workouts and the most important thing is nutrition for me. It all comes down to eventually what we eat and how we eat. So that has to be taken care of and always staying hydrated is also necessary.
