An eight-year-old girl was allegedly raped in Rajasthan's Dausa district, police said on Wednesday.
The girl went missing on Tuesday night and was found at an isolated place near her house at around 4 am on Wednesday, said Circle Officer Mahwa (Dausa) Shankar Lal Meena.
He said a case has been registered against unidentified person and the matter is under investigation.

A man was shot dead by unidentified assailants near a park in east Delhi's Mandawali area on Wednesday morning, police said, while a local BJP leader claimed that the victim was a party worker.
The victim -- Rahul Nagar alias Bhuru -- suffered four gunshot wounds, they said.
He contested from Vinod Nagar ward as a Congress candidate in the 2017 civic polls. He lost the election and later joined the BJP, a Delhi BJP leader said.
Police were informed about the incident at around 7:30 am.
Nagar was walking near his house in the morning when some unidentified men fired at him, police said.

An encounter broke out on Wednesday between militants and security forces in Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir, police said.
Security forces launched a cordon and search operation in Kangan area of Pulwama this morning following information about presence of militants there, a police official said.
He said the search operation turned into an encounter as militants opened fire towards security forces' positions.
The operation was going on till last reports came in, he added.

Two persons died and as many were injured when a speeding car hit a bike near a petrol pump in Lalitpur city of Uttar Pradesh, police said on Wednesday.
Four labourers were travelling on a bike and when a car hit it from behind on Tuesday, police said.
They were rushed to the hospital, where Sumit Ahirwar (25) and Dinesh Singh (39) were declared brought dead. The two others were referred to Jhansi for better treatment.
Police have seized the car and sent the bodies for post-mortem.
