15 people were killed and 35 injured in a head-on collision between a container truck and a state transport bus, police said in Dhule on Monday.
The crash took place late on Sunday near Neemgul village, according to Dhule Control Room official AL Patil.
"The bus was headed to Aurangabad when the collision took place on the Shahada-Dondaiche Road. The drivers of both vehicles were killed," Patil said.
The toll is expected to increase as the condition of at least three was said to be serious.
