The social media was on Tuesday rife with tweets poking fun at the BJP’s IT cell and its blind followers after BJP’s IT cell head Amit Malviya misspelled CAA (Citizenship Amendment Act) as CCA in a hashtag #IndiaSupportsCCA and the saffron party supporters blindly followed the trend.

A user said the ‘CCA’ stands for Copy Cat Association, taking a did at the BJP’s troll army that pounces on a message or trend set off by party’s IT cell and replicate it without at times knowing its significance.

“Bhakts are trending #IndiaSupportsCCA instead of CAA. This is what happens when you support something without reading,” a user tweeted.

Another user wrote: “Amit Shah doesn't know the full form of CAB; Jaggi (Sadhguru) hasn't read what CAA is; IT Cell is trending it as CCA; Modi isn't saying anything on it. And then they expect us to trust and believe the Act. #IndiaSupportsCCA; #IndiaDoesNotSupportCAA;
