Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on Tuesday has issued an order to extend the guidelines for re-opening, issued on September 30 to remain in force up to November, 30.

Lockdown will continue to be implemented strictly in the Containment Zones till November 30.

There will be no restriction on inter-state and intra-state movement of persons and goods. No separate permission/approval/e-permit will be required for such movements.

Meanwhile, the Health Ministry in a press conference said that there has been a constant decline average daily new deaths for the last five weeks and recovery rate is now 90.62%. The recovery rate has been increasing, which the Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan called a ‘good sign’.
